The excavator joystick assembly transmits the operator's
instructions to the various working parts of the excavator through
mechanical or electronic means. Taking the hydraulic pilot joystick
as an example, when the handle is operated, the movement of the
handle is converted into the movement of the valve core through
components such as rocker arms and push rods. The pilot oil from
the oil inlet flows to different working ports according to the
position of the valve core, thereby controlling the action of the
corresponding hydraulic actuators (such as cylinders and motors).
For example, when the joystick is pushed to the left, the
high-pressure oil at the P port enters the oil chamber and connects
to the left rotation oil port, causing the excavator to rotate to
the left. When the handle is released, the push rod and the valve
core are reset under the action of the reset spring and the balance
spring, the oil circuit is cut off, and the action stops.
It is mainly used for the operation control of excavators and is a
key component for excavator drivers to achieve precise control of
the machine. It is widely used in various engineering construction
