The working principle of Carter 320D solenoid valve is based on
electromagnetic induction phenomenon. When the coil of the solenoid
valve is energized, a magnetic field is generated, which acts on
the mobile chip connected to the seal, causing the mobile chip to
move toward the seal, push the seal open, form a passage in the
pipeline, and allow fluid (such as hydraulic oil) to pass through;
when the coil is de-energized, the magnetic field disappears, and
the mobile chip returns to its initial position under the action of
spring force or its own gravity, and the seal closes, preventing
the fluid from passing through.
- Pilot solenoid valve: also called safety lock solenoid valve,
controls the oil inlet of the operating handle to ensure that the
operating handle works in a safe state
