Principle of direction control travel valve:
Taking the slide valve type as an example, the relative movement of
the valve core in the valve body changes the connection state of
the oil port, realizes the switching of the hydraulic oil flow
direction, thereby controlling the forward, reverse and stop of the
travel motor, and achieving the purpose of controlling the travel
direction of the equipment.
Principle of pressure control travel valve: Taking the Rexroth BVD
balancing valve as an example, it belongs to the pilot hydraulic
control valve. When the hydraulic system pressure oil enters the
pilot control oil circuit, the valve core is pushed to overcome the
spring preload force to move, open the main oil circuit, and allow
the pressure oil to enter the main oil circuit to drive the
actuator; when the pressure decreases, the spring resets the valve
core to close the main oil circuit, and can also automatically
adjust the pilot control oil circuit pressure to compensate for the
pressure fluctuation of the main oil circuit to ensure stable
movement of the load.
